Today I swam 1:10, about 3400 Meters. It was a broken up set of 100's and 400's. I will do a lot better in the swim if I concentrate on my technique, draft, and stay aerobic.
Its not hurting my legs to go up and down the stairs and joints seem to be lubing up pretty well. Still some sluggish overall body feelings though.
I have ground training the next three days, so this note will be brief. I have to touch on two things:
Sharing swim lanes - Its the "right" thing to do, but it screws up both parties unless your evenly matched and staying out of one another's way.
Cancun 70.3 - My friend Josh did it, trained hard for it, but was disgusted with the illigal drafting. I met someone today who said he jumped into a drafting group because he was almost done and everyone else was doing it. Too bad to hear that.
Time to get some rest.
