I arrived at the gym to find an empty pool - void of people, not water.
I spent 46 minutes there and felt sore from the previous day's run.
I ran 30 minutes to recover from the previous day's run.
I rode 2 hours and 30 minutes on the trainer to remind myself how weak I was after yesterday's run.
I would love to write more, but I have to work very early and it is getting late.
Overall, a very positive day.
