Mayhem

I was crazy enough to go back to work again today. My work schedule was changed in my favor early in the day, and I arrived back at the hospital to help Andrea and little Dan get home. I also met with a home nurse to help with some of the baby's jaundice. We have a special light he will sleep beneath for a few days until his body chemistry catches up and stabilizes. He is fine.

I am still working on notes about the birth. Its been mayhem here, absolute mayhem. So this is what all you parents were talking about. . . . . It is pretty cool, but a lot of work. Definitely not compatible with triathlon training, but the priority is cut and dry very quickly. I am happy with it - I hope I can survive Kona too.

No training today. Boy, am I in trouble. I think the finish line in Kona is going backwards. I have to work again tomorrow.
