I am excited about getting the Konaspeed headsweat hats. We just finished picking out the final logo, and I am looking forward to getting the finished product.
It seems like the baby is not terribly interested in joining us here in the Houston Summer heat. There was absolutely no change today in Andrea's condition. Maybe, we are getting set up! We have another appointment tomorrow.
Training wise, I put the feelers out there today. I still have one more antibiotic pill to take, but I woke up this morning at 6 a.m. feeling alive, fresh, and human! Dad and I went over to Memorial Park and ran a little, and then after dinner we went to the pool to swim a bit. It was nice to move, and today was perfect. If I don't overdue it, I should be able to get back to soon.
It was a little scary to get the Kona Athletes Guide today. It said "we hope you enjoy your last few weeks of training . . ." Boy, do I have a lot of work to do!
All the anxious moments in our life from the past week are put in perspective with today's news about Hurricane Dean. It hit Mexico pretty hard, and tonight, there are a lot of people without water, food, and electricity. Its very hot and there are a lot of mosquitos, so it must be very uncomfortable.
Thanks for Reading!
